At Sydney Waterjet, we strive to achieve what most people think is not possible. With extensive CNC machining knowledge and cutting-edge waterjet technology, we find ourselves being able to machine and manufacture almost any material. Under the banner of CNC Sydney, Sydney waterjet is not just another machining shop, but more so a place where we can work with ordinary and sometimes not so ordinary materials and ultimately turn them into end products that capture the imagination.
And when we say we can work with almost any material, we mean it!!
Waterjet technology allows us to cut a vast array of products. And where we can achieve extremely intricate and high-end detail that other machinery simply cannot do.
From all types of metals including but not limited to, steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass, titanium, platinum.
All plastics that include but not limited to, Perspex, polyethylene, PVC, polystyrene, polycarbonate, acrylic and Corian.
Stone materials, whether it be natural granite or marble and the cutting of engineered stone, porcelain and sandstone.
Concrete, including reinforced concrete and composite materials. Ceramic matrix composite materials.
Glass, both float and laminated. But unfortunately, the cutting of toughened glass is not possible. Well, we said almost any material.
We can also cut solid timber, decorative ply, leather, fabrics, foam and the list goes on and on.
All this is possible with our FLOW Mach 200 5 axis waterjet. Whether it be sheet form or solid billet up to 200mm thick, there are no boundaries to what we can achieve. And if we do come across any, boundaries that are, our programming staff and machinists will find a way to solve them. We are only limited to our imagination.
